I have been an access technology specialist for several years.  My goal is to provide the best possible computer training to people who are blind, or have low vision.  I have been a computer user since the late 1980s and have provided training to blind professionals nation-wide.  One of the things I like most is recording the podcast and reading listener feedback.  It is important to me to have feedback so that I make necessary changes in the way that I provide training.  I want people to subscribe to the podcast and enjoy learning about the great world of assistive technology.  Additionally, I try to add some funny to the podcast.  It’s great to learn but it shouldn’t be a chore.  I feel that I can make technology fun and useful to folks that are new to it.
